FUJI SPEEDWAY

From FY2005 we started following operations at FUJI SPEEDWAY (Oyama-cho, Sunto-gun, Shizuoka Pref.)

At FUJI SPEEDAY which was completely renovated in 2005, we extend our support to organize various events including motor racing, concerts, marathon.

1. Operation and Management: Restaurants and Shopping Mall

We are consigned to conduct planning, operation and management of Restaurant "ORIZURU" and Food & Goods Stores in the Shopping Mall of FUJI SPEEDWAY. During events being held, we are involved in operation and management of tent stands and mobile kitchens. Further we totally coordinate foods and goods stores in the facility. Regarding restaurant operations, we provide not only catering service and lunch boxes but also operate and manage official goods shops in the restaurant.

2. Supporting and Collaborating with Sponsors including event planning

Acting as an intermediary between FUJI SPEEDWAY and sponsoring companies, we enhance event quality by participating in planning process.

3. Temporary Staffing

Through tie-up with our group company Fullcast Co.,Ltd and with security companies, we dispatch temp staffs and support security services.

EAGLE POINT GOLF CLUB

From FY2005 we started following operations at EAGLE-POINT GOLF CLUB located in Ami Town, Ibaraki Prefecture.

1. Operation Consultation

We conduct comprehensive consulting in the area of formulating management policy, business planning proposals and providing information relating to other golf courses. Moreover we provide operational support to in-house shops and negotiate with suppliers on behalf of shop owners.

2. Planning and Operation of Events and Tournaments

We supported operations of tournaments such as "The 12th Cancer Elimination Fund Princess Takamatsu Cup East-West Charity Golf Match" organized by Japan Golf Tour Organization (JGTO) held in March 2005 and Step UP Tour "Theory/Golf 5/Token/Fullcast Cup" organized by The Ladies Professional Golfers' Association of Japan (LPGA) in June 2005. In addition to the above-mentioned official tournaments we provide support from planning to operational phases to other golf events and PROAM tournaments.
