The biggest mission of our agent business is to support and provide our clients an environment in which they can devote not only to improve their skills as professional athletes, but to develop and mature mentally as well.

Our services include:

• Negotiations and adjustments with clubs, national associations, etc.
• Transfer negotiations and adjustments with clubs
• Support of statistical analysis
• Support of mental training
• Medical referrals (doctors and trainers)
• Arrangement of transportation and accommodations
• Arrangement of pre-season training camps

Furthermore, with the aim to maximize the worth of our clients, we utilize our management know-how and expand our services to media coordination, tax / business planning, financial planning and wealth management, support in second career planning, etc.

Player's Management

Management includes controlling portrait rights of the player, and concluding endorsement contracts with sports product companies. We offer financial advices as well, so that the clients can concentrate on improving their skills as professional athletes. Additionally, we support and produce side business (such as media appearances, publishing, production of original goods, etc.) of our clients, creating linkage with their fans.

In addition, we provide job training and "second career " support, giving our best efforts to construct a long-lasting relationship with our clients, to continue even after their retirement from professional career.
